Assestment
IN-BODY EVALUATION
Included in the initial assessment, our In-Body analyzer calculates your body composition. This allows your trainer to shed some light on your numbers such as BMR, visceral fat, lean skeletal mass, muscle gains, body fat percentage and more. Having this information allows your trainer to track results and see improvements or areas you might need help with.
